Review Sierra Madre Saloon - Camp Hill

Steve Bailey
Food was decent but hard to concentrate on anything else but the smoke generated by all the smokers in the main dining room. The tables also are spaced so closely together the it seemed like the the four loud, giggly women behind us were sitting on top of us. May go back when it is warmer and we can sit outside in the fresh air.

One of the only places that we could find open late. We ordered some food with a cool atmosphere felt very rustic going inside. We sat in a cool little room that was like ours only in the back of the restaurant.

Ample parking, good Food AND generous portions at reasonable prices. Bathrooms are very clean and modern (with the exception of hot-air hand driers). The reason for only TWO stars was the fact that there was absolutely no designated area for non-smokers! The lady at the bar feeding the slot machine smoked cigarette after cigarette with no regard for the people trying to eat their lunch nearby. I probably won't EVER go back again.

We had a great time until the bar tender saw me with my hand up and went out of her way to tell me having my hand up won't help me get a drink faster. I felt very disrespectful. But the people are awesome the drinks are good thiers corn hole jukebox games pool table outside area. Really nice. You'll have a great time!

This local sports bar is hard to beat in the Camp Hill area! We're always greeted and served by friendly staff, are able to enjoy great food & drinks, and a variety of different sports to watch. By far some of the best wings I've had in the area!

I'm a long time customer of Madre. I don't go as regularly as I used to. The usual faces I see on staff weren't there Monday night, instead it was a group that didn't look happy to be there and couldn't make a decent drink. We ordered two specialty drinks and they both tasted the same - both overpowered with sour mix. I love outside atmosphere, and the crew and bartenders I'm used to are friendly and make great drinks.

We went on Saturday night during the NFL Playoff game, about 7pm. Place was packed but got sat pretty quicky. We had Drinks, Cheesesteak & fries, Wings and Quesadilla. Everything was good, Cheesesteak was a little small. Service was great, especially for as busy as it was. This is a smoking establishment.

The staff were very rude to us. We stopped by for lunch with a party of 9. We were told we weren't allowed inside because we had children with us. She told us we could sit outside and to find our own seats. We went to the outside patio to sit and the tables were covered in dirt. We peaked our head in and asked for a towel to wipe down a table and a member of the wait staff yelled at us saying, "We told you to go outside. We'll be right there." She then told us that the children wouldn't be allowed inside if they had to go to the bathroom and we should leave...so we did.
