Review Subway - Camp Hill

Very friendly staff! We had some special requests regarding cross contamination which they fulfilled very politely and did everything to serve us the best. They brought fresh vegetables from the back for us.

Poor service and attitude. I understand people make mistakes. And I was understanding about that. What I didn't understand is why I was treated like a criminal having to defend myself and physically show them the 5 different things that were missing or added to my order that were not on the online order I placed. Wasted a half hour having to go back and get the correct subs. Never going to this location again. Of course the incorrect subs were disposed of. They called back after my initial call to make sure I brought them in to ensure they could contribute to this countries massive amounts of food waste. I could have given these to my chickens or neighbor or something other than throwing them out.

Placed an app order for pickup and ordered extra bacon for my pup. Asked in the notes if they could put it separately and whoever made my sandwich put it in a little baggie with a cute note. Made my day and I had to come on here to mention it. Thank you for going above and beyond and I wish I could give kudos to whoever did that! Thank you!

The food was absolutely amazingly delicious and the ingredients were all very freshly stocked.. Shelly who made my sub was very good at her job and made my visit very pleasant.. Highly recommend this subway!

Never able to get deals because they do not participate. Jersey Mike's is going to put this location out of business when they finish construction.

Asked for toated sub, they didnt toast it. Very annoying.

My coworkers and I ordered 4 subs for online pickup. The subs were ready on time and the 2 girls working in the shop were very nice. We usually don't come to this location because we work in hbg, however, this location let us order online and do the bogo offer as well. Our subs were phenomenal!!! One of the best I've had, and I eat subway often. I will drive out of my way to come to this location from now on! :)

Thus location is usually pretty good and I have been coming here ever since they opened. The past 2 times we visited nothing but problems! We always order at-least 4 subs and cookies every visit. We like our subs made specific ways so it’s easier to order in person which hasn’t been a problem and they have always given us the deals that u get if u order online or thru the app. The app/online does not give u the options that we like. Just tried to go today to order 6 subs and asked about the $5 footling deal and the girl said no that’s only online. I explained to her we have done it before but she insisted that she will not do it. So we will no longer use this location and tell everyone I kno not to use it. Time before this the female employee was rude and combative but the male was super nice and helped us!
