It just seemed like the staff didn't want to wait on anybody in the dining room. Actually, that's what the one fella said. He was like what do you mean they're opening the front counter. Then the food took forever to come out and the french fries were gross and unsalted. They're lucky there wasn't a manager on duty. Will definitely not go back to this outdated, understand and very unappreciative restaurant location.

I feel like we've really set the bar too low for fast food joints. Sure the adage "you pay for what you get" applies, but are they even trying anymore? The drive-thru line seemed exceptionally long, the food did not seem fresh, and our order was wrong. I've eaten at other Wendy's that have been much better.

drive-through was slow as usual, but that’s usually not an issue for me. I pulled up to the speaker and ordered my food. When I pulled up to the first window the woman was very lost on which order was mine, completely fine I get it. Then there was some yelling between her and another coworker, she just seemed plain disrespectful to customers and her coworkers. As she finally just re- rang in my food after I already ordered once, I pulled up to the next window and the woman handed me my food. she then rudely said “you need to order at the speaker next time”…which i did. i replied back “oh i did” and she didn’t believe me in the slightest. i have no problem if things go wrong or service is slow, i get it, but placing the blame on a customer that did nothing wrong is just plain rude.

I rated Wendy's a 3 out of 5 stars. When I went there, I ordered thru the drive thru. The food looked fresh and was hot. They did ask me tho to wait in the parking lot because they had to make one of the sandwiches I had ordered. When I got home everything was there except for one item: the fries. The food tasted good, but the spicy chicken sandwich wasn't as spicy as it could've been. But other than that i think was an okay fast food place if your looking for a quick meal

Drive thru was backed up. Which is understandable. Wasn't mad. Just walked inside. I ordered the baconator. Fry's n drink too. I waited for about 6 or 7 minutes. Wasn't even mad. Cause they were cooking it fresh in front of me. Everything was hot, and very very good. Fry's we're hot n fresh. Seasoned well too. My coke actually tasted like coke. Alot places, it tastes flat, or mixture if coke and something else. I'm very very satisfied with my visit.

Worst service ever just today 4/11/2022 at 3:20pm I went to the drive through and wait 5 min to place my order then the lady told me pull to the front window because I don't understand you , I pull to the window wait 10 more min, an then the manager told me that I have to go around to make my order again I just told to the manager that the lady told me tu go to the window because she don't understand then the manager so grumpy told me to pull to the side because she don understand what happened, seriously after 20 min just waiting and get no food they don't understand the concept about the fast food close the store or get new staff and it's not the first time. Thanks Wendy's for nothing

Terrible service, waiting in drive thru for 10 minutes left that line and came in and waited another 20 minutes for Food. Burgers were cold not sure what we waited for. I was told employees have an age limit to work the frier. Seems like we all need an 90 minute lunch breaks in order to get our food and eat it..

I'm not sure how this location is still open. Horrible service, the drive thru is a complete disaster. Why would you have customers wait 20+ minutes in line just for cold food. The least you should do is give discounts to the long line you create. This store can't blame is horrible reputation on "low staff" when it's been the same thing for a year now. I do nit recommend coming to this location ever unless you want to wait a long time for not properly prepared food.

This was the worst fast food restaurant ever. Service was tearable. We stood in line for 20 minute's just to get our order taken and another 20 minutes to get our food. I will not be returning to this place

Knowing that I missed dinner because I worked 15 hours, I stop to pick up something quick. I stop at Wendy's in Camp Hill. It was almost midnight so I ask for fresh fries. The guy said, sure just pull up and he will bring everything out to me. I do so and wait for about five minutes. He brings my food out and I make the three minute drive home. Get inside my fries or not fresh! They took the old fries and re-drop them in the oil! I then tried to eat my baconter! That thing tasted like it was a burger that was made at dinner time and was sitting in a pot of hot water. I love Wendy's but this meal was a big disappointment!

Terrible. Food was cold, poor presentation, disgusting. Didn't get my receipt and realize about all this when got home. I'm not going here anymore. Very disappointed

We usually love Wendy's. My husband, kids and I picked up Wendy's for dinner tonight to take to have dinner with my husbands 86 year old grandmother. She was looking forward to it, and so were we. We ordered 5 spicy chicken wraps and only got 4. It was so tough and so dry and the wrap was hard and falling apart. We ordered two side Caesar salads and we ended up with two regular salads and instead of croutons we asked for, we ended up with roasted pecans. What a horrible experience. Guess we really should have checked our order before we left!

This Wendy's is HORRIBLE! We have bad experience after bad experience and won't be going anymore! We had only ONE manager step up and comp us meals due to how upset I was that this happened 3 times in a row. If we aren't missing food we don't have the right sandwich. Now today we used our complimentary meal tickets and I went home to the WRONG sandwich again! I'm unsure what is truly so hard to get right. I ordered them by combo number and they were right on the screen for me to get home and it was the WRONG sandwich. I called a complaint once and I'm calling again. I also called in a compliment to the only manager who tried to make a good experience out of bad ones.
