First time visit (out of town'er). Never had a Philly Cheese Steak sub in my life, this place was recommended by a local friend. Simply amazing! Friendly staff, clean restaurant and very good price point (combo meal - sub, fries & drink). Return visit whenever I'm back.

I came in because of the reviews, however, all the pretzels were old tasting. We got the cinnamon and the hot dog ones. They were hard and the paper was stuck to the pretzels. I personally think the Amish village has the best around the area.

Very good place for a quick snack, place is clean and with a good amount of varieties of pretzel items and fresh too. Very good customer service. Matt was quite helpful in getting us a good number of pretzels to share.

I order first thing in the a.m. for order pickup at 6 p.m. on new years Eve. I go in to pickup my order and had to wait 15-20 minutes. People who were ordering in the store (not in advance like me) were getting orders before me. What's the point of ordering in advance if you have to wait 20 minut

The Philly Pretzel Factory in Camp Hill is always busy, but the employees are always nice and always work hard to get you your order fast. You may have to wait, but it is worth the wait!

Friendly staff, amazing customer service, and great selection/deals! The pretzels and variety of dips were a huge hit with my coworkers. Would definitely recommend and will certainly be back.
