Cedars Lebanese Restaurant

I’ve been coming here for years with my family and it’s always been a nice experience with good food! I decided to bring my boyfriend and we got a mezza special with 5 appetizers (pictured). I’m always craving Lebanese food and my dad begs for us to bring him home some from here every time we’re near Harrisburg. It’s a little shop but the atmosphere is quaint and I don’t have any reason to not come here again!! Plus my boyfriend loved it and he’s never had Lebanese food before. So it’s a good introduction for white people. :)

DO NOT GO HERE!! We made reservations and were there in time. They were understaffed, it was one waitress serving and helping in the back with the owner and his assistant chef. When I sat down and looked back at the kitchen the owner kept giving me a death stare like he wanted us to leave. We ordered the food, it took a long time. After I was brought the appetizers I look down the bathroom hallway and saw a DOG A LIVE DOG WALKING INTO THE KITCHEN, he then was carried out by the assistant chef to the back room. The food was not tasty, the kefta was ok, the chicken shish-tawook half of it was undercooked and the other half was ok, the Babaganoush was not good, the Kabab was a disgrace, I have never tasted something so bland and just has no flavor it was undercooked and worse than anything I have ever tasted. They are extremely expensive for the quality you are getting. I am from the middle East and this was a disgrace to any middle eastern food. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.
