Great customer service!! I go here at least twice a month and I’m never disappointed. I highly recommend. The food is also good. I love the chile verde plate and the soup is phenomenal. Very tasty! The ambiance is nice as well. It feels homely. For as long as I live here, I will continuously give them my business.

It's different than it used to be a few years ago. Food is still good. Margaritas used to be better. The Spanish language music has been replaced by Country music. Overall, not bad, but a different feel to the experience.

We always love Los Pinos. Even when they were "understaffed" the service was great. Fyi the pitcher of margaritas is thr way to go if you have more than 2 people drinking margaritas.

My wife and I came here at about 830pm on a Saturday night looking for some great Mexican food and were extremely disappointed. We were seated and given chips salsa and water. There was a table of three seated ofter use and they ordered before use. So we sat there patiently and no one ever came to take our order. My wife got up and went to ask who our server was. The girl said I'll go and find out. My wife came back and after a few minutes later no one ever showed up, so we got up and left. When we were on are way out one girl said sorry. This Is what happens when you hire incompetent people and management that doesn't stay on top of their workers. Sad to say you end up with poor leadership and poor service. It was our first and last visit there.

The nicest Mexican restaurant I have ever eaten at and I lived in San Diego for years where there are a lot to try! Nice employees and even bean dip for chips offered without asking. Yummy!
