Love this place. Awesome burgers, handmade and breaded food. They serve premium liquor mixed drinks in 20 oz. Styrofoam cups for $6 and buckets of bud products, 6 for $12. Service by Chesnie herself and it was probably one of the best service experiences at the lake. Cant wait to see what this girl does when she gets older as she nailed it today. Great family business. Definitely worth a visit. Seating is limited though.

We always love Chesnie's . The food is great and the service is excellent. Even though Google says they are not open on Tuesday it is not true during high season The owner just told me that they will be open until school starts 7 days a week. Best value, best burger, best people.
I was SO impressed with Chesnie! What a refreshing young lady to meet and interact with at the Lake of the Ozarks mm32. Her dad was nice to visit with as well... and obviously has done a great job raising this gal and teaching her an awesome... rarely seen today. .. work ethic! Thank you for that!! Will definitely tell folks of our experience and spread the word that this is a great place to go.. and the burgers are a bonus!!!
I'd give it six stars if I could. This is a no-frills (think paper plates), great-tasting diner, and the prices can't be beat. If you're tired of crappy, expensive food at the other restaurants on the lake, give Chesnie's a try. We went for breakfast and ended up going back for dinner.

The pancakes were thick and fluffy, the biscuits and gravy had great flavor. For dinner, we had the 1/3 pound cheeseburgers and they were fantastic.
Better yet -- Chesnie herself is only 13, and she's the waitress. She could run circles around other servers in the lake area. We had a large group with three separate checks, and she didn't miss a beat.
Small, quaint place with about 6 tables inside and some more tables outside on the dock in their quiet cove.

We have have Breakfast Lunch and Dinner here and its always been amazing. They make a good Bloody Mary too. ❤ this place reasonably priced too.
Great little place. Service and food were great. Ordered the double cheese burger and it was huge. Next time if I get a burger it will be a single.

Went for lunch. Had the catfish sandwich. Sooo good and fresh tasting. We sat outside by the water. What a great place to eat and relax.

This place is right on the lake tucked away in the back of a cove. They have good food and don’t forget to get a Bloody Mary. They are very good.
