i used to live down the street from Cilantro. The cumin pork and dry diced chicken with peppers are my two favorite dishes. The other food is really good too, but those 2 are my go to. Staff is very friendly, and pickup orders are ready quickly, as well as dine in.

Love this Szechuan Chinese! Spicy and good! The prices are reasonable. This place has boba, too, although it's not the best. The service here is much better than the competitors nearby. Orange chicken was the favorite. Spinach was good. The dumplings were ok. Shanghai rice cakes were excellent.

We got the Sichuan boiled fish and the eggplant. At first they brought out beef instead of fish but fixed it early enough.
The fish had good flavor but I felt the flavor of the broth wasn't as crisp as I had hoped. The eggplant was good. They do charge for rice, though.

I visited twice in a week because it was that good. The pig feet is a dish to die for. As a Chinese, I feel ashamed to think I knew what Chinese food should taste like before eating at Cilantro. The service was quick even though there’s only one server.

Situated at the heart of Harvard Square, Cilantro has been one of the oldest serving Chinese restaurant within the vicinity. An aura of Chinese folk art is reinforced by its Chinese Opera portraits hanging on the wall on top of artistic lanterns. The restaurant also offers daily chef’s specials on a chalk board, meaning very fresh and highly recommended to try. Definitely a must-visit for those craving Chinese food while visiting Harvard.

The wait staff were friendly, and food arrived quickly. I found the food not too salty, and what I ordered was tasty. However, I cannot in good conscience award a 5 star review because I only tried two dishes. Will definitely come back sometime.

We were planning to eat in but parking is challenging and we do not live in Boston. We had bean curd homestyle, eggplant braised, mixed vegetables - scrumptious! Wish we lived here😀
