The customer service was excellent. The cashier was very friendly. I end up trying a cookie sandwich I chose oatmeal and peanut butter cookies and some strawberry ice ice cream. The cookies were warm and fresh. It was perfect indulge treat. I highly recommend for dessert.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I got raw cookies and the girl with braids and box glasses was on her phone taking my order and of course she messed it up. It was completely unprofessional I’m calling corporate tomorrow morning and demanding a refund. They didn’t even know the stock on their own cookies, the other employee was touching all over her face without washing her hands after. They were yelling and laughing not paying attention to customers and using profanity. I should never have to deal with something like that, if you’re having a craving your better off going somewhere else because these people don’t value your time, money nor experience!

It never occurred to me that someone might want a late night snack of cookies but I was definitely wrong, especially if Insomnia is around. Their cookies are fresh and delicious and they have so many options to choose from. You won't regret your decision to check them out. There were some vegan and gluten free cookies on the menu, as well.

Go there alot...the cookies are amazing when you get them just out the oven...but what makes it even more entertaining is one staff member in particular..might be a supervisor or manager..his name is De'Vaughn..and if you ever have the chance to hear him and his voice describe the cookies😍😍😍 OMG!! 😱He make the cookies tatse even better before you get to eat them..him and rest of the staff must truly love there job...or all those delicious cookies 😜😁😁🤗😈💯💯💯

First went here in college and occasionally I go back in part for the cookies and in part for the nostalgia.
We ordered 2 chocolate chip cookies, a brownie, and another cookie. My boyfriend at the brownie and said it was ok, but the cookies were even better.
The wait during the evenings is very long, even on a weekday night. I recommend ordering online.

Don’t order delivery or preorder, missing a cookie. Then tried preorder, same thing happened, paid for 8, received 7 and order was 15 min late.
