I went to finally try the impossible burger which did not disappoint! The avacado toast was fantastic and the hummus was probably the best I have had in Boston. We ate at the bar and our bartender/server was beyond charming and really knew the menu. (He is a dead ringer for adam driver) Don’t forget to order the cookie dough dessert served on a electric beater. Fantastic
1st restaurant that i and my husband visited alomg with a few friends as soon as we landed in Boston. Amazing staff, perfectly understood our food requirement since we are vegetarians. Quick service and food... delicious! Strongly recommend a visit this place. We were very well taken care of with superb vegetarian food.
Really good experience here at Little Donkey! Our server was very attentive and answered all of our questions well, as well as provided some great recommendations. We tried the BLT lettuce wraps, fried cauliflower, manti, rolls, and empanada. The only one I wouldn’t get again was the rolls - nothing special here! Everything else was so tasty and the gin cocktail (GTOTM) was great too. And love the eclectic look and atmosphere!
Food was great. We sat on the patio and Dana was our server. Service was exceptional, wines wonderful, and food will be having us come back again.
Holy YUM! Just go!
The food and the menu is creative, well thought out, well crafted, the flavors are spot on and delicious. Have a great beer and wine selection. I highly recommend.
Their specials also seem very well timed. The folks that do their menu planning have clearly put a lot of thought into not just what they're doing, and when they do it. It's one of those differentiators that makes a difference between a good restaurant and a great one.
This is a somewhat higher end restaurant. But you get what you pay for. And it's a good value for what you get. The food is exceptional, the staff is friendly, inviting, and gives you the sense that they're happy you're there. And I don't just mean the wait staff. The helpers, the people that deliver the food, the people that greet you.
This is a great place for any time. But would be exceptional for a date night for someone of any age where you want to make sure the person with you has an incredible meal and a great chef cooked food experience.
If you’re going to eat buttered up carbs from anywhere anywhere, I would recommend getting the Parker house rolls over and over again as we did. They were to die for especially fresh out of the oven.
This was my first time here and it was a great experience. The manti was delicious and was the perfect size to stuff in your mouth. I only wish there were more since we shared them. The duck mole was a bit disappointing as it was a dry and there was just one leg. The cookie dough was a great end to the night.
Our waitress told us the current menu features honey and that some dishes will change seasonally (not the Parker house rolls thank goodness). I was pleasantly surprised to find so many Asian inspired dishes. The menu looks wonderful and I will be back to try more!
Food is great. However, the portions are quite small and expensive even for a tapas place. Service was nothing special.
Best cocktails I've had in probably years. I'm not a heavy drinker but I appreciate a well-crafted Moscow Mule and every other place I've had it in recent years it's been disappointing. Either way too sweet or way too boozy. The one I asked the bartender here to make me was perfect, so so tasty. It was also the first time I'd had two cocktails in one sitting in a while, the Trust Fall was incredible. Could have probably had five of those. Good was just as good, a great, eclectic mix from all over the place. The dumpling style dishes were a hot, and I probably could have the BLT Lettuce Wraps every day and not get sick of them. Will definitely be coming back. My new go to place for a delicious drink.
came on a monday night and it was pretty crowded so make sure you make a reservation. ordered the autumn sangria (which tastes like it has whiskey in it) and the jock jamz for drinks, and the pupusa, mushroom chow mein, and fried cauliflower. everything was delicious - i think the cauliflower was the best i’ve ever had. the ambiance is dark and loud, so it was a little hard to hear the waiter at times. overall a nice experience and fun to try asian fusion tapas
