Taco Bell

This particular location needs to decide if it's going to remain open. I went there this morning - in the drive-thru promptly at 7:04am. This location is supposed to open at 7:00am. Nobody came on the speaker for a whole minute before I moved to the window, only to find the food area DARK. As I drove through to the exit of the drive-thru, I saw 4 workers. 1 was sweeping and mopping, two were sitting down eating in the restaurant area, and 1 was doddling around. This also happened a few months ago. I was in at 7:30am - well after the time for them to be opened and I was told through the speaker that they were getting a late start and to come back later. This location also ran out of orange juice for a long while. OTHER places - Jack in the Box, McDonald's, Wendy's - all had orange juice. Why not this location? Whoever the franchise owner is - he or she is apparently inept. I will no longer be a patron at this location.

Bought 2 burritos and a crunchwrap supreme. Asked for extra fire sauce. Got 4 packets total for the whole order lol. Tried to ask for more, slammed window in my face. I'd let it go if it wasn't for the fact every word out of this woman's mouth was short and angry (and i mean nasty). Hey taco bell, what on earth are you doing to this person to make them so miserable? All that vitriol is making your food taste bad.

They don't sell tostadas anymore! Like what? I guess they have a smaller menu with old favorites gone. Food took forever; it was cold, and tortilla on the Burrito Supreme was hard like it had fridge burn. They didn't make it very big; as a matter of fact, it was tiny for what we paid. Prices have gone up like everywhere else. 😒

Placed a mobile order to pick up in the drive thru. When I get there, they tell me I can't pick it up in the drive thru, I have to come inside. Luckily there was no one behind me in line and I backed out and went inside - which honestly I shouldn't have. Why couldn't I pick up my mobile order from the drive thru? I go inside and wait. And wait. Other people who just walked in are getting their food before me and I ordered 20 mins ago at this point. I finally ask for an update and - they tell me they haven't started making it yet! Basically spent my whole lunch break waiting at Taco Bell when I shouldn't have had to leave the drive thru at all. Aside from this, just generally they screw up orders often. I've tried complaining on their app to no avail, I don't think they even really care. Don't go to this location unless you love conflict and not getting what you pay for.

There's one lady in the mornings that I cannot for the life of me understand. And she always gets the orders wrong. Also, even when opening in the morning, they are not even ready to make food. If you want to know when to get food early add an extra hour to the opening time. Also, they never open on time.
