I’ve been using the app to get good deals at McDonald’s. I love their decaf coffee and caramel frappes. I got a good deal on a Big Mac not too long ago but that didn’t sit well with my stomach. I’ll stick to their decaf and frappes.

Soda always flat. Service always slow. Consider yourself lucky if you get fresh food. I prefer the McDonald’s on Arneill Rd. I believe it the same ownership.

The fries at this location are always either cold, stale, or made with old grease!! The service is pretty quick but I only eat McDonalds fries and I have ordered at least 10 times. None of them were fresh!! I cane back here to do another review and realized it was already a 1. Service is not consistent. I did a mobile curbside order twice and had to go in both times.

It's a pretty basic McDonalds. We get what we need and food is normal quality for McDonalds. The staff is alright. In general there is nothing special about this McDonalds. Sometimes the food seems to be put together in a rush. Food is average. Nothing unexpected from a McDonalds.

I'm always surprised at how quickly McDonald's can deliver a cheap and hot meal. As always it's consistent and I can get through the drive-thru in typically two or three minutes at the most no matter how long the line is. They've really perfected the term fast food.

This McDonalds seems to typically have similar reviews, whether it be bad service or food quality and I do have to agree...Usually something is wrong with my order and/or an employee is taking their bad mood out on customers. HOWEVER, when I went today I was pleasantly surprised by one employee, I think her name is Isabel, and she had "In Training" on her name tag. She was attentive, kind, and even cheery! It was truly so nice after a long day at work. It takes a really peaceful and level headed person to put in their best effort no matter the place they're employed at is. Been here many times but she made me want to review. I hope she is recognized for her efforts.

Choose a change of pace - and ordered 10 mcnuggets. They were hot and fresh and brought back good memories from my past. The fries were hot and fresh. The only problem was they forgot to bring my sundae, but were nice and gave me an extra one to make up for forgetting
