Pick Up Stix Fresh Asian Flavors

This place is awesome. Never heard of it before today but now I want one where I live. The food was so good. I’m always wary ordering Mongolian Beef from any place. Because it’s either really good...or really mediocre. And this place nailed it! So good! Worth the wait. Hot n Fresh and delicious!!!!

The brown rice is under cooked and taste horrible - It is like eating instant rice that wasn't hydrated enough. The Mongolian Beef was way too chewy. Both onions were raw and way too strong - they weren't cooked at all - They were very crunchy. The noodles had a texture that said, I was thrown into the bottom of a to-go container and soaked up all the juice, so I am kind of soggy and yet crunchy still. The sweet and sour chicken was a to-go container full of watered down chicken, so the breading on the chicken was soggy and wet. The coconut curry taste horrible - there is no creamy flavor - it is just spicy chicken and veggies. I've never had such bad take out in my life honestly.

This was our first time and we were completely satisfied with our order. I will admit at first glance I thought there were too many options on the menus for me to just glance up and make a decision. Our cashier was very kind and showed us the menus they had on the counter and made a couple of recommendations. The food looked and smelled amazing but once it hit our mouth it’s like our taste buds were having a dance party. This definitely had us wanting more towards the end of the night. I highly recommend it as prices are moderate.

Not a fan. I got firecracker chicken with white rice entree size and two egg rolls, intending to split the meal with a coworker for lunch. What I got was two 1 pint small containers that held maybe a cup of food each. It wasn't very large to share and I don't think it was worth $13. The chicken tasted burnt which is a shame because it sounded good on the menu. The egg rolls were good though, not a fan of whatever the sauce was (clearish and strong finger taste). The only redeeming quality was the man at the counter that was very nice. He was patient while I looked over the menu. He even noticed my id in my wallet when I was paying and told me they had a military discount. I don't normally ask for discounts but he gave it to me any ways.

Tried to order food before 9 pm as there website is listed they are open until 9 pm. Currently sitting outside the location as they have closed before the time listed on the website and the door. Since when can you not order food at 8:55 pm? I know it’s inconvenient but the outlet mall states they are open until 9 pm. I am a GREAT customer and very disappointed. I even called the store prior and they said I couldn’t order food because their “kitchen was closed”. Will be calling their management team as this is unacceptable.
