This is my local Starbucks, there have been good and bad days. Sometimes my coffee is perfect, other times not so much. Sometimes they are behind, sometimes early. I’m ok with that. Today, they were behind and I saw someone order from the register and get their coffee before me. I had a mobile order and definitely ordered before them. Didn’t like that at all.

Just THINK before you order from Starbucks. We all know they make their cold drinks with ice and flavor syrup (like a cheap beverage). But this one really cross my bottom line (they just gave me an half empty cup😂). You can literally buy all the premium version of those ingredients (cold brew coffee concentrate, chocolate powder etc) from Wholefoods with a cost/cup less than $2, easy to make and taste even better. This cup of trash will cost you 3 times more, just save yourself some money and have a better coffee break.

I am really trying to like this place and I've been here 4 times in the past week. The staff is unorganized and the drinks are not at all consistent. When I order a $4.75 Freddo Nitro, I want the Freddo, not just the Nitro Brew. Amazingly, the place is crazy busy, so I can't get the attention of the manager to give feedback - and I don't have more time to wait around for her to be available. Disappointed.
