Applebee's

Showed up, customer service was fine by the waitress. Our drink showed and there as a Huge! Fly in one of them. We brought it to the bartenders attention and didn't even receive an apology and she was reluctant to give us another. We even had to pay full price for our drinks, as we were walking out of the dinning area we also saw a rat eating customers food off the floor beneath them.

I only had one issue otherwise they'd get 5 stars. I ordered to go and the food was ready when I got there. Food was good, nothing was missing and the alcohol drinks were good and strong and they were only $5!! My issue was what happened when the manager (I think that's who it was) went to help the server pack up my last drink. She was on the phone before going to help in the bar and she put her phone down and grabbed the cup to finish the drink. She did not wash her hands before. I felt she should've because 1.the Rona so I thought that was the procedure and 2.I thought working in a restaurant you're supposed to wash your hands before you start handling food or drinks. Also while making the drink she continued to check her phone intermittently. I know I'm licking the outside of the cup and that she had any germs to pass but its just a precaution that's easy to do and prevents a lot of possible transfer of anything to me, other customers or anyone handling items she may have handled first.
