Chick-fil-A in California MD was crowded as usual, the workers polite. But the quality was bad. The waffle fries were prepared in old grease, soggy, and with a lot of broken pieces. The quality has dropped and they are off my list of choices. For the cost plus gas, I should have made lunch at home.
Please do better. I exclusively go to CFA for their gluten free buns. I paid the upcharge. Here's all my proof. Thankfully I'm only gluten intolerant and not celiac, I could have gotten much more sick.
