Yellow Jacket Drive In Restaurant

I stopped here for lunch on the way to Chattanooga. I always like mom n pop places and Yellow Jacket did not disappoint! The servers are kind, attentive, and friendly, and knew all of the locals who came in by name! The restaurant was clean. I ordered a double cheeseburger with fries and a sweet tea, and it was by far one of the best burgers I have ever had. It was a good sized meal, too — not like a fast food burger — I was truly stuffed! Wish I’d had room for dessert! I am planning to come back soon and will try one of their hot dogs next time. It is well worth the drive from West Cobb!!

This is the 1st time we've been since ownership has changed. We were NOT disappointed. The country fried steak was delicious. The mashed potatoes & white heavy was great. The green beans could use some seasoning but that is the ONLY complaint we have. Hubby was pleased with their double bacon cheeseburger & tots. The service was phenomenal. Very friendly and makes you feel like family.

I do a good bit of training for my job and enjoy going to local establishments in whatever town I may end up in. Yellow Jacket was right down the road so me and another guy stopped in on Monday. The employees were very welcoming and extremely friendly. We sat down inside to eat and we had multiple employees come by during our visit to make sure we had enough drink or if we needed any condiments. We enjoyed it so much we came back today and brought three more guys from our training who also enjoyed it. Great food, great service, great price.

Thank you to the staff at the Yellow Jacket for always providing great service! Last week we were missing a meal for our pregame meal for our Lady Jackets and i made a panicked call to see if they could get me something fast! Of course they went above and beyond and refused payment! This morning they provided sausage biscuits for our men's team and even though they were really busy the staff was awesome and made sure everything was perfect! Thank you for always providing the best service and food!
