Zaxby's

We are regular customers of Chick-fil-a and are HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED with our experience. We are traveling with our family and wanted to get some food while on the road - we sat in the long line, we were directed to a lane that stopped moving but we knew that longer than normal wait time would bring delicious food and service. However, we were very wrong - a lovely girl took our food order, 2 kids meals and 2 nuggets adult meals with kale salad. A few min passed we moved up the line and a lady came out to greet us (a few cars from the pick up window). She kindly informed us that they had just ran out of kale salad and we would need to choose another side. We asked which other sides would be included to which she listed; fries, parfait, or a side salad. We choose a parfait and side salad. A few min passed we came up to the pick up line and were informed we needed to pay again and it would cost an additional $10 because they were out of kale salad. When asked about the price difference we were informed by Sarai that “it’s not our fault we ran our of kale salad and we needed to pay”. We have never had such rude customer service - we were quickly given a smug look, eyes rolled and given our food. When we revived our food the children’s meals bags were ripped and two of our drinks had holes in them. I know Chick-fil-a is better than what we experienced today but this store may need additional training in customer service as well as how to bag meals properly. This one store is displaying a bad reputation for a store that prides it self on customer service and satisfaction.

These wonderful people have service down to a science! It doesn't matter what part of the Country you visit a Chick-fil-A, you can rely on the same flow of business, smiles and courtesy, and a paper menu to keep if you draw a blank! We love Chick-fil-A all the more after cruising 4,500 miles across our great Country.
