Paisano's Taco House

Super quick, the servers and cooks are always very polite. The food is excellent and you can make your plate however you like! I like the steak burrito with hot sauce. And when I say quick, I mean quicker than a fast food place! My gma and I were in an out within 10 minutes, definitely would reccomend to anyone in or passing through the area. We love Taco House!

Great food but we WILL NOT be back. Most of the staff was super polite and professional. Our server was most attentive and kind. But, the first girl in the “fast lane” had a misanthropic attitude that her employer would do well to adjust. It was our first time eating here (which can be a bit confusing at first). She was incredibly rude to my wife and accused her of cutting in line. She refused to acknowledge that our small kids were standing right there with us and needed to order as well. She made them go to the back of the line and our party of 6 had to wait for my 8 year old to start in the line all over.

Food here is very tasty and fresh, made to order in front of you with many options for toppings. It is like a more authentic version of a Chipotle. You walk in and seat your self and can walk over the line to order your food or you can ask your server for a menu which has other food options that iare made in the back kitchen.

Toco House has really good food, but I am giving one star because of my experience with customer service. Our waiter was very good but two of the women behind the buffet line were extremely rude and it felt as if they were almost being racist. The younger lady completely acted as if I annoyed her when I told her the order for my children and without acknowledging she even heard me, with an attitude she then walked over to an older woman and said something to her and they both kept looking my way and laughing. When she came back over, I then asked her what's wrong is there some kind of problem. She again with a bad attitude as if I were bothering her again, said she was just telling her my order. It was very obvious I was being talked about and laughed at. Needless to say no matter how good your food is, customer service goes a long way. And if you make your customers feel like they are bothering you, or that you are making fun of them by simply placing an order, then I can almost guarantee you will lose business that pays your paycheck young lady.
