My name is Jerri. Female in Idaho. I have always been impressed with Dutch Bros I go there every day. They have always been very fast and very courteous. But on today May 18 I went this morning to get coffee and I order the same thing all the time a medium iced Southie caramel rub a extra sweet extra soft top. When I got my drink I didn’t have a stove top on it so she took it back to fix it. The gal that took it handed it to another gal and the other gal Since she hates when people do that. I was not impressed. If you’re going to say something about somebody make sure they can’t hear you first. But above all I have always had great experience with Dutch Brose.
I enjoy nice refreshments from here especially rebels and coffee ice or hot
Love the drinks, and the kids working rhere are always nice and chipper. My only issue is that I had forgotten the name of the drink I wanted and I was too far from the menu to see, so I described it in great detail and the "bro-rista" did not know what I was talking about. It seems like it'd be helpful to be familiar with the menu.
We absolutely love getting our coffee! Also our Pitty enjoys visiting! Especially on her birthday for a pup cup! Very friendly staff at this location! A++
The Marmalade and High Dive rebels are great blended or iced!
Super nice staff. They get your order when you are in the drive thru and it makes it really quick. They even walked our drink out to us because the order in front of us was taking a bit.
