Very nice inside, the staff was very accommodating and very helpful and answered our questions. I had a peach flavor ice tea and pecan cinnamon roll, both very good. Building was air conditioned which was nice as it was very hot outside! I will be back again very soon! Thanks again, I am new here just moved to Caldwell last month, been trying out the different amenities in town! ππππππ

BEST coffee in the Treasure Valley. No one can make coffee like Flying M!! I walked in and instantly LOVED the new coffee shop! Itβs light, airy, decorated beautifully and has a great atmosphere. The baristas are so friendly - itβs obvious to see how much they love serving the public. Found a great gift to purchase as well!! Caleb and Tori are some of the kindest people I know. Thank you for your generosity to me and the public by opening a beautiful coffee shop that we all can enjoy for years to come.

My wife and I had to go see what all the hype around downtown Caldwell was about. Flying M was there to welcome us with their usual delicious coffee, treats and signature hospitality and smiles.

Cool coffee shop with arts and gifts. On New Year's Day, they offered mimosas for $10 each. Interesting decorations inside. The matcha green tea latte was great. Getting here was easy, but there was lots of snow on the ground. It was pretty busy that day.
This is a very quaint coffee shop located in the heart of Indian Creek. I tried this place for the first time a few days ago, as I went to Indian Creek to see the light displays. The hot chocolate is so good. They also have unique items to purchase for the holidays including glass ornaments you canβt find anywhere else. Although seating is somewhat limited, itβs relatively spacious for as small as this establishment is. Not only do I recommend this place, but Iβll definitely return in the near future.
One of the best London fog lattes I've had! The little gift shop portion is very cute (I'd seen these little star trek mints online some time ago but they were selling them here in the store, and for cheaper, I was so happy to find them). Had a massive ginger cookie that was delicious. I'd be in there to sit and read there all the time but I'm from out of state and was only visiting. 10/10 atmosphere
I'm new to the coffee world and the service was so great! Very pleasant atmosphere and nice staff! The coffee was a little strong for me (again I'm a newbie π) and the croissant was better than average. Although the coffee was strong it wasn't bitter, definitely a full flavored roast.

Great coffee, quaint and quirky selection of items to purchase. Lots of table space to catch up with friends or get some work done.
Great spot for a variety of drinks. They can open the 'walls' when it's warm outside. Not as big as the Nampa location, but with a similar vibe.
Coffee (mocha) was excellent. Service was great. Loved the open air feel. Breakfast sandwich was just ok. Still, 5 stars from me.
