Too bad TripAdvisor doesn't give me 5 laps! This place is just amazing!! Don't go expecting a quiet atmosphere, this is old fashioned cooking and that's exactly what you get. He is very good, some days the line will be around the corner to enter. Wonderful pastrami sandwiches.

Food is not fresh. Cold and old .
.meat tasted funky way too much salt. Chips taste like factory crackers . Churro tasted like chimichangas .
Bottom line . If you want to punish your kids or just have them hate you bring them here.
If you want your wife to leave you bring here here.
Really upset that they would serve this horrible meal to us.

I am beyond a fan of this Baja! From the moment I walk in I am greeted by the friendliest staff. Junior the manager & his staff have made this such an amazing experience. I go Monday through Friday (almost) and get two tacos Baja no salsa and every time it is PERFECT! Love it here! Thank you Baja Calabasas.

This is a great Baja Fresh location. I came here on a Tuesday evening for dinner and it was not busy at all. The food did take a little bit of time to prepare but it was well made and very fresh. I tried the Enchilada style bean and cheese burrito - which was very good with a lot of cheese, but the enchilada sauce seemed to have an odd aftertaste. I love the options of sauce that you can pick, and can't wait for the salsa bar to come back once things go back to normal. They were out of the mango salsa, which is always super good!

I used to not go to this place at all as I thought they're like not as good as Subway. I am greatly mistaken. They are way better and they're portion is awesome for the price. As a bonus, they offer a variety of healthy stuff to choose from! People here are friendly. I haven't yet had a bad experience with them and I doubt I will.

Say hello to Nico he is the New talent there at Baja Fresh. Friendly kid and eager to help. Restaurant is very clean and the food is great, their 6 Chili salsa really is awesome choc full of flavor with just the right amount of heat.

We had such a good dinner from Baja Fresh recently I had to come on and leave a review. My boyfriend and I had just explored the Indian Cave in Thousand Oaks near the Conejo Valley botanical garden and we had not made any dinner plans. Everything seemed to be fried or nearly closing and Baja Fresh seemed like the only option. We had never tried it and we were a bit apprehensive about it but it turned out to be delicious! We had the Chicken Nachos and a Burrito de Asada and we tried 2 of the many salsas available. Everything tasted Fresh and the service was really great as well! So glad we decided to try Baja Fresh, it will be a place we frequent!
