Well I really don’t know where to start but I have granddaughters who absolutely love to eat Zaxbys. One of them graduated pre-K last Thursday. After the program was Over her mother had to go back to work so she went home with my aunt and uncle-MY AUNT AND UNCLE! Meaning these are 70-year-old people. When my granddaughter is with them they rely on her lot to do the talking. They went up to the front and as my granddaughter was ordering the lady looked at her and yelled” I don’t understand what you want!” Meanwhile my aunt is standing there smiling because she can’t hear anything that’s going on. My granddaughter said Mimi I started to ask her please don’t be mean to us my aunt can’t hear and I am trying. Anyone that knows my granddaughter knows she is older than her years she is very bright. And understands a lot more than she should. This was my aunt and uncle’s very first time ever going out to eat at Zaxby’s .I thought when you were on the .payroll the customer was always right. It is sad to see what this world has came to. When you have to Hire rude people because you are scared you won’t have help. I told my granddaughters we would never ever ever spend any more money at Zaxby’s and neither will any of our friends once I tell them this. Shame on you Zaxby’s. And just for the record she better be glad I wasn’t there!
