Every single time.... old dried chicken and the employees are scared to put any sauce on them.. I don't know why I keep telling myself to give it another chance. If you get anything other than the salad prepare for disappointment 😞
We had a phenomenal experience at this location. We traveled through with a group of about 21 student athletes and coaches, and we didn't call ahead. Some of the employees try really hard and do a good job. But most of the time you get a bunch of people who don't care about their job and don't ever get anything right. They always get the order wrong and forget to put things in the bag. And if you try to get them to correct it you get attitude or

Well I really don’t know where to start but I have granddaughters who absolutely love to eat Zaxbys. One of them graduated pre-K last Thursday. After the program was Over her mother had to go back to work so she went home with my aunt and uncle-MY AUNT AND UNCLE! Meaning these are 70-year-old people
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! Payed 34 dollars and was very disappointed, we received about 10 fries in each box, the grilled chicken sandwiches looked like they were just thrown in the box. I am very very VERY disappointed in this Zaxbys.
Seen several people drive off waiting for their food while employees prepped no food for at least 10 minutes. I finally got tired of waiting to be greeted at the window and also left.
