Great Soup and a Sandwich at a good Price . I will be back !
We stopped in a couple months back and had a great lunch, BEC on an everything bagel, tortellini salad, knish and the Peppermill sandwich. All were excellent, the owner and staff were friendly, would definitely go back especially for the knish.
The wife and I went on a mini vacation to the Catskills and came through a cool little town called Cairo. We were hungry and decided to stop here for something to eat. The Cozy Cup Deli looked very pleasant and inviting so we decided to eat there. We found the food listed on the menu to be healthy, hardy and best of all locally sourced. The owner, who works behind the counter when not personally greeting guests, was very pleasant and welcoming. If you are in the area and looking for a delicious breakfast or lunch, at very reasonable prices, we definitely recommend the Cozy Cup Deli.
I am a regular customer at Cozy Cup and I absolutely love everything about this place: food, décor, atmosphere, service. My favorite breakfast item – sunny-side eggs with bacon and home fries. I’ve never gotten tired of it. My husband is on a healthier diet and there are always options for him to choose from. But it’s not just great food why I love to go to Cozy Cup. Smiles, personal attention and great conversations do make my days brighter. Thank you, Thomas!

My husband and I had the opportunity to visit the Cozy Cup Deli and we're so glad we did. From the moment we entered we felt truly welcome. Very Cozy! We were greeted like friends, not just some strangers walking in off the street. We visited at the height of the lunchtime rush (crazy busy time) but the wait was well worth it! My husband ordered the Italian Stallion, which he said was the best Italian style sandwich he's ever eaten, and I ordered a BLT with basil pesto mayo on toasted sour dough bread. And OMG, my mouth is watering just writing about it, it was so delicious! The prices are right in the range you would expect and the portions are generous. I would have to say that getting to meet and have conversations with the owner, Thomas, was a highlight of the visit . He's such a genuine, friendly person and a great conversationalist. The Cozy Cup Deli is a true gem in the heart of Cairo, at the end of Main Street in the beautiful Catskills. I highly recommend if you are in the area, you stop by for breakfast or lunch. You won't be sorry!

Cozy Cup Deli recently provided the catering for a large training that we hosted. Thomas was excellent to work with and extremely accommodating throughout the entire process - from planning to delivery. What a gem. Happened across this deli while visiting the catskills for a wedding celebration, and was beyond delighted with the quality of food and service we received! Had the fish fillet sandwich, patty melt special, and a wrap which were all delicious - and discovered the owner was from the city! If you're looking for an Amazing version of all your New York deli favorites definitely check this place out.
Had a Roast Beef Hero. It was the best sub in town. Service was exceptional. I definitely will recommend Cozy Cup to all of my friends and family.
I have been visiting cozy cup since I moved to Cairo. From the first time I stepped into the establishment I felt “at home”. I’m always welcomed with infectious warm smiles and asked how I’ve been. This is only just the beginning ! The food is amazing and the prices are great ! The staff is one of a kind . Always masked, always washing their hands and changing their gloves. Things like that, especially today, will keep me coming back ! The homemade soups are hearty and always served hot and the new chicken finger baskets are delicious! 10/10 would recommend ! Thank you cozy cup staff for always putting your customers health, safety and appetites first !
