Hours have not been updated on Google so they actually close several hours earlier than stated.
They almost never have delivery drivers working which is massively inconvenient for disabled people, those with otherwise limited mobility, and people who do not or cannot drive themselves.
Additionally the employees always act like they’re doing you some kind of favor when they actually answer the phone (which is pretty rare, they usually just let it ring to an off-site call center).

Awful experience! Ordered delivery for 1 pizza at 5:57…didn’t get pizza until 8:15! Ridiculous! Attempted to call the store 3x with no answer, then when someone finally answered they said they forgot my order! No apologizes or anything! Then the delivery driver went to the wrong house even though I had my porch light on & house # clearly visible. Still no apology! Never ordering from them again.

Mgr was VERY rude cursed at me hung up on me several times pizza wasn't edible threw it in trash and went without lunch. Never will I return to pizza hut in Cahokia

Pizza and the order was great, customer service at the location was friendly and professional as well. Great service as well and happy to return for more pizza.

When we got there at the correct pickup time we had to wait an additional 15 minutes only for one of our pizzas to have been made with thick crust instead of thin. So we then had to wait another 15 minutes for the right pizza. No apology or credit for next time or anything

Ordered boneless wings in sweet chili, mild and garlic parmesan. But my order came with no mild but 2 orders of garlic parmesan
