Placed an online order and when I arrived, they couldn't find it. Turns out, they did receive but I had put a pick up time erroneously for an hour later. An employee (manager?) quickly addressed and identified the issue and offered to immediately have them prepared. Less than 15 minutes later, I was on my way! Great service, thanks!
Second, I tried the califlower crust as I'm on a low carb way of eating. Only comes in small size and was VERY good. We've always had great pizzas from Jets, great service and overall great experience.
once upon a time, I had a customer service issue here that prompted me to write a low star review… however, I have since had an outstanding customer service experience here… so while they had earned a low review, it’s credit where credit is due when they demonstrate high quality service that is more valuable than the food they serve
This location is consistent their quality and great customer service. There was an issue with a printer and somehow my order was not received. They offered to make it right, no questions asked. Very appreciated if good customer service! Will definitely continue to order from this location.
Jets it's so good and the service is always fast
I am told this is the location that delivers to my address. They have delivered in the past. Now when I call they tell me to call a different store. The store they give me says to call this store. Lost business.

I am editing my review of this location as I was contacted by the owner for the issue above. The conversation was good and he even went the extra mile to get me in contact with the owner of the location that does deliver to my house. A good business owner means a lot in today's market and his work to remedy the situation will make his business better than the next. Thank you for reaching out.

It was really good and they said it would take about 45 minutes but it took them like 20 minutes fastest so far
Always tastes great even with the frequent turnover in personnel that all food services experience.
Jets is probably the best chain option for pizza, but they also are the most expensive. This is a good location that was clean and fast. Go for the BBQ chicken pizza.
Deep dish is so good. Jets bread is tasty too and they have good ranch dressing. Employees are always friendly.
My favorite Jet's Pizza place! Always do a good job, never had any mistakes and I use the internet ordering system so I just pick it up on the way home.
