THIS IS THEE MOST NICEST MCDONALD'S I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!! The staff puts a smile on your face and the management is always quick and efficient. I love this McDonald's and will be back the next time I'm in Butler, PA. Keep up the good work guys!!!!

Take out in drive thru. It took a good amount of time to get the order. I think they had to butcher the cow and grind the burger, then cook it. That's how long it took.
For fast food, McDonald's maintains for the most part a good level of quality, service, etc. no matter what part of the country you're in...and it was all of that at the Butler, PA restaurant?
Food was actually hot. The fries had NO salt and since it was takeout neither did I. The kids working were nice but all the lights were out except for the drive-thru menu signs - I almost didn't stop thinking they were closed at 8;45 PM and I saw three cars pull in but turn around and leave.
Food was great! Very hot and didn’t seem to be sitting around. Dined in and worker brought the food to me! Fast considering how busy it was.
I go every morning around 6 am for a sausage McMuffin and a hash brown. I've been doing it for over a year and have never had a complaint.
Drive thru was fast, food was accurate, and it was GOOD (a lot aren't anymore). Folks were super friendly! Our visit was in the morning and while they were busy, the line moved and the food was HOT!
