Most places cant make a decent caramel macchiato including other dunkin's but this place got it on the money. The drive through was incredibly slow because the speaker was not working so we all got our drinks at the window after ordering. Only reason there's only 4 stars.

Great service, great coffee, great donuts. I go here often and always have good experiences, but the drive through worker today was so nice it inspired me to leave this 5 star review. Presley deserves a raise!

Always fresh donuts and breakfast sandwiches. Always clean environment. Always delicious coffee. Always friendly staff which leads to my experience today. I order 1 dozen donuts of my choice, pay for them and leave the store. Upon arriving at home I find this handwritten message on top of the box. It's the little details and the extra step that let the customer know they are appreciated. Kindness is contagious. Thank you Dunkin' Donuts and I hope all of you have a GREAT day as well!!

We are wary of going to Dunkin' because of some we've been in. This one was a pleasant surprise. Service was pleasant, the store was clean. We didn't feel like everyone was rushed to serve us like we've seen elsewhere. They seemed to have sufficient staff that could do a quality job.

The staff is friendly and I especially liked how one employee interacted with a young man who had an intellectual disability. I was surprised the staff didn't know what toppings were on a new apple type donut! I had to wait while they read the label for certain allergens. They were out of Gluten Free brownies. They are renovating this location!

This Dunkin' Donuts location is great! The staff are so nice and friendly and the coffee is always made correctly! Love going here to get my morning going before running daily errands around Butler. When I happen to get a donut, it is always fresh and yummy! This is a wonderful spot!

Love the Sweet Ice Tea!! Only problem I have is, the operating hours on door say open until 10pm but it says on the website 12am. Need to update your website!! Was kinda upset last night when I went there to get an ice tea and thought DD was open until 12am and found the door locked at 9:58pm. So please update your website!
