Took a quick trip to Ponderosa! (2 Hours) from Cleveland😁 I haven't been to Ponderosa in over 20 years since they left Cleveland. The staff was so nice except the young man I had wait on me. Probably because the way I look 🙄. The food was so good and it was still worth the trip!

Pretty good. Could have better variety. My chicken I ordered was a bit on the rubbery side. Our server was nice.

The fried chicken is THE BEST anywhere around. Don’t know how they do it but it’s excellent. I like dark meat but even the white meat is nice and juicy, not dry at all. Staff is always very friendly and keeps the place clean and food usually gets replenished quickly, even when it’s really busy. If something is out, just ask someone and they will get it for you if it’s ready. I did find out today that stuffing is seasonal. My husband loves it and can’t wait for them to get it back.

Had my normal tossed salad and cottage cheese which was very good. Had some chicken breast and stuffing with mashed potatoes, green beans and corn. Chicken was nicely crisp and very hot. For dessert had some peanut butter cup thing and a brownie with ice cream and chocolate drizzle. Very filling and good. Clean place.

We drove from Cleveland, OH, just to have the experience of eating at Ponderosa again since there are no longer any in Ohio. We loved it! It looks just as we remembered from years ago. Prices are the same as eating at a nicer restaurant . The servers are friendly and attentive. The all you can eat salad bar is a little different. There aren't as many choices as there used to be, but what was there was good. We definitely enjoyed ourshelves and the experience 😀

The Ponderosa Restaurant in Butler PA was a great experience. Not only was the food good and hot, but their dining area was clean and had plenty of space between tables. We will definitely be returning to that Butler Pa. Ponderosa

The food at the buffet was great, but the service was not. The meals we ordered weren't very good either. My sirloin tips were dry, and instead of grilled onions and mushrooms, the onions were raw. From the cashier, the person who sat us and our waitress. The young woman who sat us walked so fast in front of us, threw the silverware on the table, and walked away. Our waitress was talking to another waitress, took over 15 minutes for her to acknowledge us, and get our drinks.

Small dining room. Service was ok. Food seemed fresh. Loved the three bean salad

It has been a long time since being at a Ponderosa restaurant as they have all closed in my area. I have got to say that the place was very clean. Food was exceptionally good. Service was great. Wasn't to busy at all but yet the food was fresh. Drinks never got empty. Thank you for a pleasant dinner. Will definitely stop if I am back in the area.

There are not many ponderosa restaurants left around me. This restaurant has become a destination for our family. The food is quite good and affordable and the service is always great. My only complaint is them not having the traditional chicken wings they used to have a few years ago. Other than that it's great and toy always leave full.
