Captain's Quarters Lounge

The overall whole experience sucked especially when we were starving. For starters it was very busy with the main restaurant side was busy and there was a comedy show starting later that was picking up. We had to go up to the bar in order to get our drinks after waiting 10-15 mins without any waitstaf coming over. After finally able to flag someone down to order food we were told it'd be 40 min wait for food so we still ordered. Well an hour and half later after it arrived and cold! Apparently fish and chip specials were priority never again will I visit this establishment

Terrible waitress. Had to ask for service after 10 minutes. Finally order a Blue Moon draft and no orange. I know something little. Fails to leave a menu so I take an extra one off the bar. Have to let out waitress that we are ready to order 10-15mins later. Wait 45 minutes before asking where our order is. She tells us the the kitchen says 8 minutes. We wait 20 more minutes and she finally brings our bread sticks.... bread sticks! Needless to say that we did not get our stromboli. We left an hour and 15 minutes later hungry! Our first time there and probably our last!

What a great place if you are looking for your local home town gathering spot. The staff is friendly and very welcoming, service was prompt very accommodating for our group of six. The beer was cold and never empty. The appetizers we ordered were hot and enough to share. The pizza was great the sauce wasn't too spicy like other places and two small pizzas easily had us all full. Other food that I saw looked amazing too especially the burger. This place definitely will be a regular stop for me.
