Dunkin'

2 people with simple orders ahead of me but 16 minutes for a bagel. The employee in charge of making the food was moving at a snails pace while the rest of the staff was running around him filling drink orders. I won't stop there again. The cashier and staff other than him were friendly and knew how to do their jobs. He was more concerned with what everyone else was talking about. Unprofessional. They're lucky they aren't a drive thru. They'd never make it.

I work across the street and I've honestly never been a "regular" customer before, anywhere. However the folks working this store know my order and usually have it made by the time I reach the counter which is nice. They're very consistent with the occasional ratio of sugar to cream being off but they are 100% humans and can absolutely make mistakes. remember that the next time you mess something up at work. More importantly they are accountable and honest about mistakes and have never made me upset. My only complaint is their closing time but no one I have met at the store level makes that decision. But they're there when I need them! Fast fluent and consistent.
