There is a teenager working taking orders , he speaks better English then other workers. They have been short staff but they make very good food. I ordered the pepper steak and onions combo. It’s was hot and delicious.

I called to place an order and a very young child answered the phone with a "hi". I thought I called the wrong number. He put me on hold for 5 minutes. I called again and got a busy signal. The little boy called me back and said "what do you want?"
Definitely not age appropriate work. I didn't place an order, as others said ordering through this child often gets the items wrong or not at all.

So the vegetable medley was good but the boiled chicken situation is weird, idk what happened to Chinese places sautéing the meat…. Everything was okay…nothing to write home about or go back to.

Today i went to Eddie Cheng and I ordered lo mein noodles and shrimp fried rice and cheese puffs once i got in their it smelled so good. and service was really good. and they made it really quick i will come back weekly

Spent $56 for dinner and was about to be sent just one item from the order and I wanted to cancel and they said they are keeping half my money. I called door dash and getting all my money back. And Eddie Chengs responded with this also.

Food is good, but ordering is very difficult. I had to ask things to be repeated 5+ times. My wife is better at understanding thick accents so we lucked out, but I couldn't for the life of me decipher what they said over the phone.
