Kelly's Bake Shoppe

Received Kelly's cupcakes as a birthday treat from some friends and the cupcakes were pretty good (the cake itself was kind of dry, but the icing is superb). I decided to finally make the trek out there to visit the store myself and it was an extremely disappointing experience. Each cupcake was a different price, and none of the prices were listed. I inquired about a couple of the cupcakes and was treated like I was a bothersome hag. I tried to make small chat with the cashier after choosing my selection about how popular the brand must be, and she barely could be bothered to make eye contact and gave me a one worded response. I'll save myself the trip and just indulge in some butter in my baked goods next time!

Pretty much the go to vegan bake shop in Burlington. If you’re looking for unique cookies, cupcakes, etc, then you’d want to stop by and see what they have. Super friendly service as well and you leave happy wanting to come back again. It was so good I forgot to take a photo before I took a bite of the lemons poppy seed loaf!

I absolutely love Kelly’s Bake Shoppe! I’m from out of town so I can’t visit often but whenever I find myself in the area I make it a point to visit! The staff were so friendly and helpful on my visit and everything is so beautiful within the store. I tried the snickerdoodle oat latte and omg it has so much flavour and tastes just like the cookie!! I highly recommend 🥰💞

We LOVE 💘 LOVE 💘 LOVE 💘 Kelly's Bake Shoppe! I love that my child can go here and choose whatever he wants in the whole bakery. At other places he has to choose from one or two (unappealing) gluten free options, or no options at all! He is so excited everytime we come here. The cupcakes are by far our favourite, and with new flavours all the time we just HAVE to keep coming back! I also love the high quality ingredients that go into each scrumptious dessert they make. I am definitely willing to pay a higher price for the peace of mind of understanding the ingredients in my food choices. The staff are all amazing as well. They are so welcoming and helpful, you just can't help feeling happy when you are here. You have to go and check them out...you will seriously not be disappointed in the food or the staff!

You can't help but smile when you walk into Kelly's. It is so warm and cozy! The decor is beautiful and unique. All of the offerings are delicious. I love how salt is balanced into certain recipes. The matcha cookies are so delicious. I always purchased muffins, pumpkin scone, cupcake and a snickerdoodle. Nothing disappointed. I'm so thankful for the time and effort taken to make allergen friendly goods. I will always stop here when in Burlington 🥰

I love Kelly's! It's the perfect bakery to get treats for special events, holidays, and just for a little something sweet or savoury! I've been going to Kelly's since they opened. Their staff is always so positive and helpful. I have never had a bad experience or order that did not meet my high expectations. Thank you to the team at Kelly's for always treating people with respect and spreading love and tasty goodness to our community and beyond. Keep up the great work - and I will see you again soon!
