What started out as an app error evolved into one of the most positive retail experiences of my life. Excellent service, great food. Thank God for the perfect timing. I went to Chipotle with 2 min before they close and asked them for a Burrito Bowl. The girls were so accommodating. I thanked them for letting me come in at the last min. Thank you.👍👍👍👍👍

The burrito bowl is fantastic. Taste is fresh and the chicken is done just right. The service is usually fast. It can be crowded at times but the line generally moves very quickly.

Usually I have NO complaints about this store however, my door dash order tonight was horrible!! I love their chips and guacamole. The chips were flavorless and I hate when they have NO salt on them!!! The veggies were soggy with no flavor. The meat ( steak) didn’t even taste seasoned.
I am disappointed in this meal. Especially the chips and guacamole. 😳

I’ve ordered from this location numerous times over the years and have always been pleased with the food, service, etc. However, tonight, I placed an online order for a burrito bowl and large queso and chips! I have never been more disappointed. First they gave me the guacamole instead of the queso. Then, after returning with the queso, I found that the bowl was all veggies (hardly any chicken), the chips were stale, and the queso was more milk than cheese! For the money I paid, it was a horrible experience. 😡

This place is a joke! Food is terrible and everything cost extra. Guacamole, queso, and chips... whatever... I’ll hit El Rio Grande next time I’m in the mood for Mexican! At least I know it’ll be worth it!
