By far the worst customer experience. The "Barista" didn't know how to make the simplest form of coffee - Americano. And none of the other employees knew how to make it either. Bunch of customer left the location unhappy and without their orders. One player was on their phone texting or playing instead of helping customers.
And don't forget the dirty and messy entrance.
I will never go to this location again.
It's better to drive 2 minutes to the nearest Starbucks or Nero.

Nice employees and good customer service and always quiet place and clean compares with other locations, this is third visit to this place and always I was happy with their service .

Made phone order of 2 hash browns, water, bagel and a donut. Came in and they told me they weren't serving bagels or hash browns. At 11 AM. What? Now I have to deal with getting a refund on the parts of my order they couldn't fulfill for some unknown reason. I saw them toasting bagels and putting hash browns in a bag behind too. Super sketchy, won't ever come back to this Dunkin

After waiting in line for 10 minutes (only one cashier was open) I ordered hot coffee and guess what I received : a cup full of ice and a bit of coffee. I didn’t want to wait another 10 minutes so I walked out with my ice coffee labeled as hot coffee.

Just 2 people working on Sunday morning . It was the worse. After 30 minutes waiting and watching all this discomfort situation I jus gave up

Slowest Dunkin in the world. 2-3 people working during busy mornings and the line never moves. I seriously go 15 minutes out of my way just to avoid this place.

I come here almost everyday. The employees do the best they can. The management never fully staffs for busy times so there is always a line and long wait even using online ordering. I blame management for the poor service here and but the employees. Go to any other Dunkin'and it's over staffed. It's sad, employees take the brunt of customer complaints.
