Shotcakes

The icing is very sweet so I’d recommend getting the shot of ice cream. The cupcakes are yummy with the “shot” of ice cream added inside/ on top. We had a red velvet and mint chocolate both with ice cream and a regular shark attack. The girls working were very friendly and helpful when I asked questions. It cost around $11.50 if I remember correctly.

Bad experience today! The girl that did my order was extremely rude and after messing up my order didn’t even apologized and seemed very irritated when I asked to fix it. I don’t know why they have to offer such bad customer service. Please train you people on that! I’ve gone there for years and most likely not coming back.

Extremely rude customer service, they are open till 9pm, got in line at 8:50PM in the food court, took forever and as soon as 9pm hit even though they saw me waiting in line they shut the lights off and wouldn’t serve me, I can understand people that come after 9pm but you never turn a customer away that was clearly in line from when they were open still, I Hope a manage sees this, and it’s too bad because the product is great, sad to say I won’t be frequenting ever again, never waste someone’s time that is trying to spend money at your establishment!!!
