It's a cute little bakery. Fairly inexpensive and fast service despite only having one employee early in the morning! I got breakfast sandwich but surprised it wasn't made to order, just heated up one from the display window. Iced coffee was great though, recommend getting it with maple flavor!

Awesome neighborhood spot. Great, fresh pizza, tasty baked goods and a lowkey vibe. Only downside was getting a 40-something bottle of wine with dinner, only to drop by city market on the way home to find the same bottle had been on sale for $7 for the previous few weeks... Annoying, sure, but hardly a deal breaker. Otherwise it's a great, relaxing spot!

Poor service, uncomfortable seating and awful pizza. Food and beverages are overpriced. No refills on anything.

Their baked goods are carried at Commodities Natural Market, which is where I was introduced. Hungry, I bought one of each: a cookie, a GF cookie, a croissant, a teacake, a muffin. They are probably the best-textured collection of baked goods I've ever had, if only because every one was excellent. Many bakeries specialize in one item. The texture of all of them was perfect. Not sticky, not oily, not dry, not clumpy, not fragile. Muffins don't shatter into crumbs. The cookies don't squish, but you also don't struggle to bite them. Everything seems moist but in a soft, delicate way. The flavors are subtle but noticeable, and there's enough fat that my primate brain is happy. That said, the employee was very blah and acted like she didn't want to be there, and prices are high. I reeeally like their products, but I'll buy them elsewhere if I can.

This is a neat place! Their croissants are to die for, I'd suggest you get this if you can!! I'd love to live in Binghamton and eat here more.

I used to love it there, but it seems the standards for staffing has changed. The barista is the face of the restaurant and it seems as if Barrio has forgotten this. I have not wanted to go back ever since having Martha as a barista several times. She spends a lot of time talking about herself to customers and holds up the line chatting to who I assume are friends. She barely listens to requests for drinks and once gave me whole milk instead of alternative milk.. making me sick. She also has overcharged me several times. She's rude to your face and extremely unfriendly. I have loved coming there, but I don't want to come back. I usually hate to name drop but something needs to change, and staff should be
