Food was good but customer service seemed a little off. Didn't get the friendly my pleasure from the girl that took my order or the one that handed me my food.

Absolutely great food and great employees and clean restaurant. But absolutely the worst drive through in the state. Make sure you have your auto insurance paid up.

Stopped here for breakfast, because I thought my son wanted a chicken biscuit. Got there, and realized he wanted a chicken sandwich, which they were happy to do, we just had to wait for it to cook. No complaints there. The reason for the one star is I ordered a standard chicken biscuit combo for myself and the biscuit was really crumbly and falling apart, the chicken was very dark and overcooked, dried out. And my hash rounds were crunchy all the way through I don't know if this is normal for this location as I don't normally come here. But i was very unhappy. you tend to expect more from Chick-fil-A but to be honest with you to skip this one and either go one exit down to Hardee's or go up the street to the McDonald's.

My sandwich came with some additional protein.. With all dining areas STILL being closed (as it appears they’re waiting on a mysterious disappearance or a vaccine before opening dining areas, but that’s a conversation for another day), I was obviously long gone before I’d discovered my additional topping.. I get it, things happen, but the frustration stems from the fact that you can’t even return it- so it’s a $5 FAST FOOD sandwich tossed out the window.

I placed an order through door dash yesterday. When I received my order I was missing my salad dressings for my two salads. I have tried to call the store twice and no one has returned my call. Therefore I was unable to eat my food. This is not the first time I have had a problem with my dressing for my salad. I have been to the store and ordered just to pull off and it was not right. I purchase this salad at least once a week sometimes twice. I would just like to get it right when I order.
I just received a call back from chick fila in regards to my phone call or review whichever. I spoke to Ashley and she listened to my concerns about not receiving my dressing for my salads and not being able to eat my food. I also informed her that I come to her establishment a few times a week and have had this same problem. She then told me it was door dash responsibility to correct the problem so they could refund my order. I don't understand how it is there problem when they are a representation of them. Chick fila fixed the order, pack the order and sealed it. I never asked for a refund just wanted my dressings to eat my salad today since I could not eat them yesterday. I am not satisfied with how this is being handled. I was not given any apology nor a simple how can I fix it. Thank you for nothing salad going in the trash. Money wasted!!!
