Danny's Cafe

Danny's is great! I don't know how they do it because lunch hour gets really hectic. I mean back to back to back order and walk-ins. Top staff and service! I had the grilled chicken pita lunch special served with fries and sweet tea 🥙🍟🥤. This meal provided great value and good portion size. The pita tasted great, the fries were warm and seasoned, and the sweet tea mixed to perfection. While watching them cook my food, the dozen other tickets that followed, I saw them prepare the greatest looking steak and cheese sandwich. I will be back for that, no questions asked. They also prepared a big burger that looked yummy. This is nice local spot. Bring friends because they have enough space, but just not particularly set up for large groups. The location is also great.

We recently discovered Danny's Cafe. We made our first order today. I ordered the club and my my husband ordered the Gus' Gyro. Both were absolutely amazing. Generous portions. The lamb was soft and tender with delicious seasoning. Everything was so fresh. Also, the staff were so polite! This will be our new go to!

Danny's Cafe is really offering nice lunch options, generous portions and friendly prices. The classic burgers are huge and tasty. They claim they are hand pattied, and I believe it with that charred taste from the flat top griddle. Also the blue plate lunches feature great tasting meats and sides with lots of variety. They are a gem in Downtown Burlington.
