Bought the cakes today, but only eat 1 bite each because they are all bad. The cream is bitter and the fruit is rotten. Won’t go to this please again.

Bought a few things to try from this location— most notable so far is the strawberry croissant.
It had a more of a solid texture, not buttery or soft. The cream was very light. Overall tasted like a healthy pastry.
Also tried the milk cream bread. That was more on the heavier side. Didn’t like how palpable the bread generally was and it left a bit of an uncomfortable feeling or aftertaste in my throat.
Will try the other items I bought and update this later.

The quality of the bread and cakes has dropped. I have ordered two cakes different times and both have tasted sour and almost to the point they taste rotten or have been in the fridge a long time. As well with the strawberry croissant the cream tastes old and sour. Bread is not soft like it used to be. Management better get their business straight

I ordered the wedding cake from this shop. The owners is very patiently and customized the cake for us. They made a perfect wedding cake for me. The cake is not only looking good but also very delicious!!! I would recommend this cake shop to you!

Their cakes are great! I have had cakes from this chain’s other locations. They never disappoint.

One of the best bakery/boulangerie in the bay, tons of options. Some bread with kimchi in a french bakery made me laugh for a second but this place is legit. Will try their coffee next time

I loved the decaf lavender soy latte and I wanted to try more of the bread items that all looked good. And I loved the look and feel of the café. They provide you with free water as well.

I got two slices of cake from here today. When I returned home and ate it, OMG!!! it was rotten and moldy inside. I still feel nauseous inside! 🤮.Also Poor service. Please do not use this place!
