Here for breakfast. Buffet was expensive (25) so to save some $ I paid for the Continental and ordered 2 sides. Staff were nice enough to mute the TV which was showing mind numbing ads and the sound was clashing with the always excellent (sarcasm) Hotel muzak. Turns out their definition of Continental breakfast is different from the rest of the world so it ended up being less expensive just to pay the 25 buffet price. Minus 4 stars for the pricing shake down.

Overpriced for dry ham and stale muffin. This plus coffee is $20 Well within what you would expect from a hotel restaurant though.

The service was was unbelievably bad. I had to pour my own water, and I requested more eggs in the $18 breakfast buffet and I was ignored. Would not have bothered me if it was complementary breakfast but I wanted eggs and I paid good money. Also the restaurant is too close to the outdoor smoking section, don't stay at this hotel and don't eat at the restaurant.

I ordered a $15 glass of wine. It was a 6 oz. pour. Fine. The bill came with a $2.70 service charge. Not too happy about that. When I got the credit card slip to sign, the total with SC plus tax came to $19.29, and there was a line for a tip. I hope they weren't serious about the tip because I didn't give more. Sadly, I didn't even like the wine.

I would rather eat fast food. I did not like the service here twice, once for dinner and once for breakfast. I had to walk out after waiting over 5 min for a server during breakfast. My dinner was not good and was warm not hot, I only ate it because I had no other options that night. Their fountain soda tasted very strange and also their orange juice that I had to give back to them. Drink water or alcohol here. Two stars since the staff were nice.

Good was disappointing & pricey. Ordered their happy hour appy's "rib bites" and "calamari". Rib bites were just sliced side ribs that had been boiled & finished on a grill with BBQ sauce. 4 ribs, very fatty & mostly cartilage with a giant heap of coleslaw (that is 50% mayo) for $8. Calamari was good... Ordered a pesto chicken pizza, which had a ton of cheese, about 50% too much. Otherwise, was good. Ordered a kids grill cheese and fries. Fries were cold when delivered, "grilled cheese" was very lightly toasted with unmelted cheese slices in between. Lots of staff, but service a bit on the slow side. Didn't ask how the food was, few visits for beverage refills.

Not the finest Crowne Plaza/IHG restaurant I've experience. First, my serve was exceptional - Min. The bartender. He was funny, polite, efficient, attentive, hardworking and the type of bartender anyone should be proud of to have manning the bar. I was totally stoked about the $10 Chandon half bottles - so stoked I had two. I also had a glass of rather mass produced white wine - well the entire list is. Made me laugh seeing a sign that stated "local wine" - as a wine writer I was like ........ whatever. Most of it was corporate stuff that you can find anywhere.... nothing localvore, but indeed, it's made from grapes in the Bay Area, so no false advertising, just crappy wine. I ate total junk food. Happy hour (which I think lasted until 8 PM) potato skins which were fine (how can you screw those up?) and then I ordered chicken tenders and fries from the kids menu. Tenders were good, normal frozen and fried. The fries, sucked. However, Min was great. I went to leave after 4 hours of being there, working on my laptop, and I felt bad leaving and not saying goodbye to him, but, he had stepped away from the bar for a moment. Overall a "whatever" experience - but Min is great. Oh, and for people into sports - the TV is HUGE.

The bar had happy hour but we're out of house wine and house cocktails. Ordered Woodford on the rocks and after 10 minutes was told the did not have it. Not a welcome experience.
