Bartender's were amazing!! Very helpful and friendly!! Garlic fries OMG to die for🤤🤤. Picture when the sun was setting from outside the bar. Cosmopolitan and lemon drop tini!!

Completely went downhill since my last visit to San Fran. Horrible service, food was truly awful and ridiculously overpriced for what you get. Very disappointing as I really liked this place before (the views, the outdoor patio, the food, etc.)

The view is amazing. The waitress on duty was very prompt with asking me what I needed right away. When she went on break she didn't let me know and the service slowed but was still very polite and only somewhat prompt. I orded the steak tacos from the appetizers menu and was not disappointed. Very good. They definitely need a better wine selection to represent Northern California.

Drinks and food was on point! Ordered a large pepperoni pizza and was pleasantly surprised. Pizza was hot and fresh. Bartender was cool and knew how to make drinks.

Walked in and could smell a disaster waiting to happen. Bartender and server couldn't answer questions. Have a wine list? How much is a scotch on the rocks? How much for a beer? When I heard a HOUSE GLASS OF WINE was $12 ( the only answer given), we got up and left. Couldn't even tell us the brand!
No offense, but this is the Embassy Suites, it ain't the Hilton down the street. Also, I have traveled all over the world and USA, staying at all types of Hiltons! A $12 glass of House Wine...here? Sorry, but you have all sorts of competition, and your reviews are not the best.So we ran right out of there. Glad we did because it was Happy Hours in Burlingame! Full glasses of wine at 1/2 price! We had a tremendously great dinner, elsewhere; and, we had wine and beer at realistic prices!
This restaurant should re-evaluate what they are charging. The ambiance isn't even there! Also, noticed the place was pretty empty last night, Wednesday.
