The setting and lounge feel is really nice, plus staff really did their best to make it worthwhile. But due to covid it's all take out that you can enjoy on the spot, and it's just not a restaurant or bistro anymore. Hopefully it will be back to what it used to be...

Loved this place! Its an inddor venue that feels like you're outdoor. They also close late so it was a great option for us coming from the airport. Their food are certainly not something to write home about, they are still good quality.

During a recent visit and stay at the Hyatt Regency SFO, I had a couple of very good breakfasts at the 3SIXTY bistro. One morning it was a tasty quesadilla breakfast. A second morning it was an omelette with Dungeness crab and hashbrowns. Both quite tasty and given in "to go" containers, so you could take it back to your room or away from the hotel. Also, good selection of ready-made sandwiches and wide variety of drinks.

Expensive for sure. The steak was good but the side dish was basic.

I'm totally serious when I say the drinks here are bomb! They make some amazing craft cocktails that taste great. Unfortunately I was a little too tipsy to remember the names of the drinks I had but I remember being wowed after the first sip of all 3 drinks I had. My friends agreed that the drinks were great.

We ordered scrambled eggs and hash browns and a build your own omelette. Both were as expected and served warm. The coffee was good as well. The staff was very nice.
