I love this Subway and the staff that work here. I have been going to this Subway for 15 years. I'd give it a 5 star rating except twice now in the last 3 months they have not honored the discounts offered on the Subway app. Probably shouldn't be a franchise owner if you don't want to participate

The people that work at this Subway seem to be stuck in slow motion. Every time I have done to this particular store (even if there is only one person in front of me) its taken forever to get my food and get out of there. They will have two people staffed but only the slowest one if the two is able

Horrible service. Refused to put anything other than onions on my tuna melt even though the photo shows veggies. Argued with me about it. Then told me I can get it without it being a melt but since they already put extra cheese on it they were going to charge me extra. Never eating here again.

this subway doesn't accept coupons. so you know what kind of people own this franchise. so far, its the only that doesn't take it in the south seattle area.

Worst Customer Service Ever! My friend of 80 years old. Walked 1/2 mile to get there to be told she must stay outside until the two employees could finish their lunch!? I couldn't believe it when she told me. Standing 8for a elderly friend.

Excellent service... I always get that 12 inch steak , and cheese sub toasted to perfection... Red onions , salt , pepper , oil , and vinegar... Its amazing ...!!! The ladies here were incredibly friendly.. amazingly fast... And made my order to perfection ... Thank you for being great place to eat
