Is this a typical by star restaurant? No. But it gets them nevertheless. Let's first start with the food. Choosing solely from the Peruvian side of the menu, we started with an absolutely delicious fish ceviche. We got the smaller size but it was still a ton of food. Paired with the toasted corn for
