I've been coming here since I was in high school, I used to come at least once a week and ordered the same thing and the husband remembered my order! But now I switch up my order more. I always get a smile and wave and a how are you from the wife either from the kitchen or out in the restaurant if she comes out. All the staff are so nice and the food is great! My 5 year old asks to go here every week.

Pho Lily is one of the best Pho places in the Seattle area. Not only is the family wonderful, but the broth is super flavorful and the meat is fresh and delicious. I highly recommend checking them out.

Great dining environment. Fast service. Been going there for over 10yrs and the gentleman in the kitchen always remembers my son And says hi. There serving size is a good amount. Highly recommended.

I had the noodle beef with tendon. Delicious! I loved how large the tendons were but it's not for everyone I guess. Great service and fast with getting my food to my table.

Lost in translation: I ordered the #56 beef stew with French bread for $8.99, yet received beef pho and paid $10.99. I not only got the wrong dish because the waitress spoke no English, but they wouldn't even discount the price to match the dish I actually ordered.

Food was good. We’ve had better. Service was excellent! As we left we headed back to the bathrooms and saw one employee come out of the kitchen with no mask on and saw the kitchen floors were filthy dirty plus bathrooms were gross too. Then saw another employee with the half mask on hovering over a pot of food. I know people are being vaccinated but this restaurant needs to abide by the state law and keep fully masked. Regardless of COVID the kitchen should be cleaner. We will not be returning.
