We visit 2 locations fairly frequently. This is the burgaw location. My food is always well prepared and the servers are always super friendly. Sometimes there is an issue being understaffed so there is sometimes speed issues. But o recall fantastic.
This was a nice little stop, the people were all very pleasant, our server was the most polite person I think I've met in a long time and the food was very good with a fair portion and reasonable price. Be sure to take the time to try a custom milk shake from this place, the meal made it 4 star but
We've been to many of these locations. Never disappointed at HWY 55. I tend to look for the lighter menu items unless I'm simply starving which directed me to the shrimp po boy. They aim to please here. At this particular location we arrived after doing some picking at local flea markets and antique
Food is consistently good. Had the 6 tender plate. There was so much food, I couldn't eat it all. My only complaint at this location is cleanliness. On this day, it was ok.
Super friendly staff and cool burger shack. Didnt eat anything but had a delicious chocolate shake. If you are in the area doing hurrican relief, this is a must stop. If my review helped you, please hit the Like button.

Since the remodel this place is in good shape. The last time we went the service was great and the food was right. A pleasant change lol
Good food could be cleaner, but good food. Update it is no longer a highway 55. Someone else runs the property now and has been reopened as a fish fry place.
If, you're looking for a place that serves good food without your bun being squashed, and plenty of fries, with friendly service and oldies music, then, stop into a Highway 55. Their salads are great also.
