Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Honestly I did curbside and went in after they were 10 minutes past time. Only to find my food sitting and passed to me. Then when I got home it lacked favor and was dry. I ordered the chicken Alfredo pasta with angel hair. The garlic bread was great as per usual. The gnocchi soup was also quite good.

Not the worst experience I've had at an olive garden but definitely not the best either. Best part about the evening was our waitress. The hostess seemed to not care about anything. But between seating guests she just had to make sure she touched her phone to keep up with whatever conversations she had going on outside of work. The food was average, and seemed liked the breadsticks were the best part of the meal. Do better olive garden. Its not rocket science.

I went earlier today, my experience was great. The only reason I decided to put 2 stars was because I saw how poorly one of the managers was treating her workers. I believe her name is celeste. She came to greet our table but when I passed by her to use the restroom she was screaming at some workers in the front and they just stood quiet. The workers treated me amazing when me and my sister walked in, they greeted us and sat us right when we came in. I don’t know what they did for her to yell at them but no one should be getting talked that way by their manager. As someone who loves going to Olive Garden because of their great service and nice workers. I recommend getting better people who treat others with respect.

The wait time was ridiculously long considering many empty tables were clearly visible, cleaned, and open. The food service was quite slow but our waiter was quite kind and attentive. It was okay but honestly can't say I'll be going back personally. Food was yummy though. Just be prepared for quite a wait and make sure to push them for your free breadsticks if you want them.
