This cozy restaurant has definitely exceeded my expectations!! The Hospitality of the waitress, and the delicious dishes are on point. I definitely recommend Candelejas to everyone!

Amazing little restaurant. My family and I had 1 more night left in CA and wanted to try a local, non-chain place. We decided on this since another review mentioned kid friendly (we have a 4 y.o.). The food was amazing and the portions were very generous. If ever stay in Burbank again. I'm definitely visiting this place again!

Enjoyed the Camarones Fajitas. They were generous with the shrimp. The staff was nice. The random mariachi music from the jukebox adds to the unique atmosphere.

I came here with my girl on Saturday 3/26, the food was good, a little bit spicy, but delish. We had a Vuelve a la vida coctel, tostadas de ceviche mixto, and a Menudo. The service was good too. I gave it 3 stars because the beer and soda was cool, not warm, not cold. I ordered another beer and the same temperature, they need to keep the cold drinks properly cold.

Had the oysters & got sick. Shouldn't have had them they didn't look too good to begin with. They have a new menu & they don't have & don't know what they are or how to make them. Very disappointing. If your going to have it on the menu they should have it & know what it is & how to make it. Margaritas are pre-made, not freshly made. Can't have a shot of tequila cause they don't have any. Really? In a Mexican restaurant? Could be so much better, just with a little more effort & pride.

I know this is a mariscos spot, but I literally get the same breakfast every week. Chilaquiles with green sauce, eggs overhard with rice and beans. It is amazing!
